A DNR vehicle permit is required to park on State Land. Effective 10/1/2010 a new Recreation Passport will be available for entry to all State Parks for $12 when you renew your vehicle license plate.

How to Safely Approach Horses on Multi-Use Trails
Whether you are head on or behind:
Call out in a friendly tone to alert horse and rider of your presense
Keep calling out until rider acknowledges your presence
Allow horses to pass or ask rider if it’s safe to pass by
If a horse is spooking, please STOP and ask rider for instructions on how and when to safely pass
